山東裝載機配件之增壓器使用時應注意什么?

山東永保機械從事裝載機生產及銷售行業(yè)已有多年時間,在實踐中積累了大量的工作經驗,并得到新老客戶的一致好評。由于裝載機的增壓器經常處于高速、高溫下工作,增壓器廢氣渦輪端的溫度在700-900℃,增壓器轉子以幾萬轉到二十多萬轉的高速旋轉,因此為了保證增壓器的正常工作,在使用中應注意以下幾點。
1、保持清潔
發(fā)動機長時間高速運轉后,不能立即熄火。發(fā)動機工作時,有一部分機油供給渦輪增壓器轉子軸承潤滑和用于冷卻的。正在運行的發(fā)動機突然停機后,機油壓力迅速下降為零,增壓器渦輪部分的高溫傳到中間,軸承支承殼內的熱量不能迅速帶走,而同時增壓器轉子仍在慣性作用下高速旋轉。因此,發(fā)動機熱機狀態(tài)下如果突然停機,會引起渦輪增壓器內滯留的機油過熱而損壞軸承和軸.特別要防止猛轟幾腳油門后突然熄火。

2、經常注意檢查增壓器的運轉情況
