裝載機(jī)發(fā)生柴油機(jī)功率下降的現(xiàn)象經(jīng)常發(fā)生，主要原因可能是柴油機(jī)制造質(zhì)量沒(méi)有達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，導(dǎo)致裝載機(jī)柴油機(jī)功率減弱。那么導(dǎo)致山東裝載機(jī)柴油機(jī)功率下降的原因主要有哪些呢？
1、裝載機(jī)中連桿軸頸回轉(zhuǎn)半徑或活塞銷(xiāo)至頂部尺寸不合適，裝載機(jī)柴油機(jī)功率變?nèi)?，?dǎo)致運(yùn)行時(shí)活塞撞擊缸蓋，沖擊力直接作用于連桿小頭，使其工作不正常面斷裂。
