由于國(guó)家加大基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施方面的投入，使裝載機(jī)行業(yè)進(jìn)入產(chǎn)銷(xiāo)兩旺的大好局面，幾個(gè)主要裝載機(jī)生產(chǎn)企業(yè)均創(chuàng)紀(jì)錄地達(dá)到了各自的最高產(chǎn)量。同時(shí)各生產(chǎn)廠家均在外觀質(zhì)量上進(jìn)行了改進(jìn)，油漆方面主要是對(duì)裝載機(jī)進(jìn)行了套色作業(yè)，即將裝載機(jī)的外觀顏色分成兩部分，改變了裝載機(jī)長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)的單一顏色。

一、隨著裝載機(jī)產(chǎn)量的提高，以及外觀油漆套色作業(yè)的大量使用，整機(jī)涂裝線在使用過(guò)程中就出現(xiàn)了幾個(gè)問(wèn)題：
1、套色作業(yè)使得裝載機(jī)外表面的噴漆時(shí)間縮短（一次噴漆面積減少了），而屏蔽時(shí)間非但沒(méi)有縮短，還有加長(zhǎng)的趨勢(shì)，使得整個(gè)流水線的節(jié)拍發(fā)生了變化，在產(chǎn)量低的時(shí)候還影響不大，只不過(guò)一些工位增加了等待時(shí)間，產(chǎn)量增大后就需要將部分屏蔽工作放在線下進(jìn)行。

二、針對(duì)這種情況，建議采取以下措施：
1、裝載機(jī)清洗除油后，采取自然涼干的方式，注意保持均衡生產(chǎn)，若天氣不好時(shí)，就利用晚上的時(shí)間進(jìn)行烘干。
